Along time agothose which I hoped I had escaped,
that never ending fear turned into reality.
She had a never-ending smile of joy, of happiness.
I stood still, just listening to her voice that let let long bitterness turn sweet once more.
Among the stars I gazed, wanting that next moment to come as quick as time could bear.
Neither wind nor rain could keep me from that window.
But my inexperience was mistaken for lack of emotion, lack of bonding
Underneath my layers of skin I felt something strongly building.
To my heart contempt I could not stop it.
All that time one was living in a dream world, the other a lie;
Which one belongs to which I am still not sure.
All I know that was through all that deception, something did grow for a short time.
Over and over I wish I hadn't let the door just open and close on me so quickly.
No fight
No fuss
No future
Caught between a rock and a place of no escape.
As present becomes past, those stars are still being watched.
As much as I would like past to return to present, there is little hope.
The stone was moved from that position where I was trapped,
But I don't know where too look, where to go.
I entered into oblivion with everything.
I came out robbed,
Nothing left but a voice full of disbelief.
